this is prototype ALA-40 and the animation airship is ALA-600, according to the information ALA-40 length was 40m and ALA-600 length was 198m. ALA-600 can carry 11000 people and 600 tons cargos.

Yes. any Air ship (dirigible, blimp, balloon) that has a supporting structure with gas cells inside (like the Hindenburg) are dirigibles. They use ballast weight to control air buoyancy. Blimps have soft unsupported bodies with gas cells surrounded by air, and use compression to control buoyancy.
